Upperton Pharma Solutions were the winners of the hotly contested Outstanding Achievement Award, sponsored by Charnwood Campus Science Innovation & Technology Park and CPW at the Medilink Midlands Business Awards last night, with Clinitouch by Spirit Health being highly commended. Upperton Pharma Solutions, the contract development and manufacturing organisation based in Nottingham, were recognised for their construction of a new 50,000 sq ft pharmaceutical development and manufacturing facility in ten months, an outstanding achievement.
The awards, part of Medilink Midlands 20th anniversary celebrations, took place in front of a packed audience, at the historical Athena venue in Leicester City Centre. Guests were treated to hearing from nine of the most exceptional and innovative life sciences and medtech companies and industry collaborations from across the Midlands who have been recognised as winners of the Medilink Midlands Business Awards 2024.
